Mackenzie Ingram is a third quality teacher at Neshoba Central who loves her loved ones, banana pudding and Taco Bell. 

She enjoys paying time with her relatives and has numerous fond reminiscences of her grandmother, Darthy McAdory, demonstrating her and all her cousins how to make her Indian tacos. 

“I bear in mind when I was about 9 yrs old that my nana would have us all lined up at the Good building Indian tacos for our complete cabin row and we’d also help her make her fry bread and poke holes in it, it was like a very little assembly line!” 

Ingram and her cousin, Capti Pugh, would go to her nana’s and at night time they beloved to go into her pantry and eat all her dill pickles, honey buns, and even her leftovers.

“We would just clear my nana’s dwelling out when we would devote the night with her!” she said.

Her preferred food when she was small was her mom’s spaghetti. Her mom and dad, Marie and Wayne Williams, and her two sisters, Kyndall and Kimber, would all sit all-around the table taking in her spaghetti and chatting.

“I affiliate good memories with food stuff and smells and I don’t forget we’d all just sit close to the table and that was our little household time!” she said.

Her spouse, Grey Ingram, is a great cook and usually situations will make her home made pasta and even handmade paninis.

 Her two oldest boys, Brantley and Asher, adore to eat his chilly pasta. 

They also have a 10-mont-aged son, Morgan Wayde. 

Grey enjoys for her to make pork chops for him. “Whenever I make pork chops it normally usually takes a even though so that’s like our time to spend with every single other with out the kids so it is unique to us.” 

Her more mature sister, Kyndall, generally built homemade banana pudding and for a wedding present her sister gave her a cook e book of all the foods she would take in when she was at her house and at the end of the e-book there was a recipe for the banana pudding. 

Mackenzie’s favored restaurant is Taco Bell because there is nothing they make that she will not take in. Mackenzie has been teacher for two a long time at Neshoba Central. 

She and Gray have been married since 2016 and alongside one another they have a few boys, 5-calendar year-previous Brantley, 2-year-aged Asher, and 10-thirty day period-old Morgan. 

DOLLY’S Cold PASTA 

1 box penne noodles

1 bag pine nuts 

Cubed or chopped salami

Chopped pink onion 

Chopped eco-friendly onion

Chopped kalamata olives

Kalamata olives ( 1 can, sliced) 

Shredded parmesan cheese

Crumbled goat cheese 

Sauce: 

¼ cup mayo 

2 tbsp. Olive oil

Seasoned to taste with Italian seasoning 

Instructions: 

Boil noodles, and toast your pine nuts. Although which is likely , blend your “sauce” ingredients and chop other elements. At the time noodles are completely ready, fold in your sauce and insert in the chopped items. Crumble goat cheese & mix it in. Allow cool in the fridge for an hour or far more. Better on the 2nd day! 

NANA’S CORNBREAD

Elements: 

½ cup self increasing flour 

2 cups yellow corn meal 

2 eggs 

1 ½ cups sweet milk 

Instructions: 

Combine with each other and pour in an iron skillet. Bake @ 400° for 25-30 minutes till golden brown. 

BANANA PUDDING 

Elements: 

1 substantial container Cool Whip 

1 can condensed milk 

1 massive packet vanilla pudding mix 

1 box vanilla wafers 

4-5 bananas 

3 cups milk 

Instructions: 

Chop bananas & sit to the aspect. Combine vanilla pudding with 3 cups cold milk. Fold in Amazing Whip & condensed milk. Take care of in levels setting up with vanilla wafers, bananas, and combination. 

My Beloved Peanut Butter Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies: 

Components: 

½ cup (113.5 g) unsalted butter

2 cups (400 g) granulated sugar

½ cup (122 ml) total or 2% milk

4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

Pinch of salt

½ cup (129 g) peanut butter

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

3 cups (243 g) prompt oats

Directions: 

Add the butter, sugar, milk, cocoa powder, and salt to a 4-quart saucepan. Carry to a quick boil and enable boil for 1 moment. Clear away from warmth. Stir in the peanut butter and vanilla extract right up until smooth, then stir in the oats.
